Hey everybody! It's been a while since I had an update to share, and I'm excited to bring some big personal news to you. As I just posted on LinkedIn, I'm thrilled to be joining Emco as President, starting December 1, 2026. This is an incredible company with amazing teammates that proudly serves the Canadian market as a distributor partner for plumbing, waterworks, industrial, fire protection, and HVAC applications. 

I will also share that my updates to this site over the past few years were more infrequent than I originally envisioned. The reality is that I worked on some incredible projects during this time...but a few of them were confidential, and so I wasn't able to share my progress in real time the way I thought when I started my sabbatical in 2022. So I'm chalking that up to be one of the many things I learned over the last few years. 

Going forward, I will look to put pen to paper periodically on a wide range of topics...and when I do, I'll bring those perspectives here. For the next few months, I'm fired up to be onboarding at Emco & look forward to getting off to a flying start on December 1.
